This development, completed in 2007, provides 10 apartments and 3 studios. Each apartment has its own lock up garage and small storage area. They are constructed on two levels and on the ground floor have a sitting room with double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchenette and access to their private gardens. Upstairs is a comfortable room with twin beds. An additional bed can be ordered at reception or in advance. All are equipped with telephone and satellite TV with programmes available in most European languages.

The studios are similar but of open plan construction and come with the same facilities with the exception of the kitchenette. A refrigerator is provided however, and the bedrooms are furnished with king size beds.
